AMIG, a pioneering non-profit organization in Brazil, was founded on February 5, 2024, and officially introduced to the market on March 7, a day before International Women’s Day.
The gaming industry still faces inequalities in opportunities for women. AMIG was created to combat these disparities by promoting the visibility and empowerment of female talent in the industry.

The founders of AMIG are: Ana Bárbara Costa Teixeira, Ana Helena Pamplona, Bárbara Teles, Luciana Hendrich, Natalia Nogues, and Teresa Caeiro.
